SESAJEN: ESCAPE ROOM

We hope we can produce a thrilling escape room experience by manipulating one’s senses and so, audiences can develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through the puzzles and challenges in the escape room.

Our immersive horror-themed escape room is all about introducing Indonesian urban legend to new audiences in ISU. Not only that, we want to promote cultural awareness in Indonesia so by the time you travel to Indonesia, you get some ideas about the dos and don’ts. You might not want to do things that can get you in trouble mystically, right?

These days, immersive exhibitions are very popular like TeamLabs. So we kind of want to take that but with a little twist which is where the escape room part comes in. Also, in Indonesia, the horror genre is getting international recognition and many people enjoy it. 

From the storyline, we want to convey that locally in Indonesia, black magic is still used by some people, and don’t trust people easily. But through the game, we want to convey that teamwork is such an essential part of life.
